The tour starts on the bottom-most floor of the building - at the foundation of our work with children. Occupational Therapy at Parkside gives our students a fundamental awareness of themselves and their capabilities. They develop a sense of control over their world and over themselves within it. Then they take that sense with them back upstairs and outside. The OT room supports this education with a huge range of tools designed to allow children to explore and refine gross-motor, fine-motor and grapho-motor abilities.
